You could get involved and show your support for World Mental Health Day by:

  • Challenging stigma and discrimination relating to mental health problems.
  • Reaching out to family, friends, colleagues or strangers, who may be struggling.
  • Making Time to look after your own mental wellbeing.
  • Asking for support, if pressures related to COVID-19, or other issues, are affecting your mental wellbeing.
